Amazon is looking for Area Managers for their Fulfillment Centers to oversee Inbound operations. This role involves managing a team, achieving operational objectives, and driving improvements in safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity.

Ansvarsområden

Manage all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for the Inbound functional area.
Lead and mentor a team of Process Assistants to ensure performance objectives are met.
Build positive employee relations and develop leadership bench strength.
Drive creation of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, and process change initiatives.
Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold Process Assistants accountable.
Source and nurture ideas for improvement plans for the functional area.
Ensure best practices are shared across departments, shifts, and the network.
Collaborate with support staff (HR, Finance, Facilities, S&LP, Ops, IT) to secure resources and support for projects.
Address operational and personnel issues affecting the functional area.

Krav

2+ years of employee and performance management experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience

Önskade kvalifikationer

1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
