Amazon is looking for Area Managers to oversee operations in its Fulfillment Centers. This role focuses on ensuring safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity within a team of warehouse associates. The ideal candidate will have direct management experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Ansvarsområden

  • Review work forecasts and determine productivity requirements.
  • Partner with other Area Managers to balance labor and ensure efficient shifts.
  • Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance.
  • Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives and Lean tools.
  • Ensure you have properly trained people and their needs are addressed.
  • Lead change at internet speed.

Krav

  • 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
  • Experience with performance metrics and process improvement (how, when, who)
