Ansvarsområden
- Lead and drive the overall Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence strategy.
- Develop and execute Lean Manufacturing strategy, standardizing training methodologies and integrating Lean principles.
- Lead initiatives focused on OEE improvement, lead time reduction, labor productivity, process standardization, and waste elimination.
- Define and execute the annual and multi-year cost savings roadmap, identifying opportunities in conversion costs, labor, scrap, and inventory.
- Strengthen and institutionalize the Lean Management System.
- Apply Lean tools to improve training flow and effectiveness, reduce certification lead times, and enhance knowledge transfer.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Lean Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
- 8+ years in automotive or manufacturing environment with strong shop floor exposure.
- Experience implementing Lean across multiple sites.
- Regional leadership experience preferred.
Förmåner
- Salary range: $125,000 - $140,000 annually.
