Ansvarsområden
- Understand and perform front of house customer service tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and professional conduct.
- Prepare for the End Point Assessment and demonstrate competence according to the apprenticeship standard.
- Provide the first impression to customers via phone or face-to-face.
- Act as a key link between the customer, workshop, invoicing, and Manager.
- Learn computer systems and work with Microsoft applications including Teams.

Önskade kvalifikationer
