Synopsys is seeking a Staff Engineer STA Expert to support their PrimeTime Static Timing Analysis tool. This role involves customer engagements, technical support, and collaboration with R&D teams to drive product adoption and innovation in semiconductor design.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support Synopsys PrimeTime Static Timing Analysis tool across pre-sale evaluations, post-sale deployments, and ongoing customer engagements.
  • Drive product adoption by running competitive benchmarks, leading customer evaluations, and articulating technical advantages.
  • Deliver customer training sessions, technical presentations, and hands-on workshops.
  • Provide tape-out support by troubleshooting complex timing issues and resolving signal integrity problems.
  • Collaborate with R&D, product marketing, and sales teams to relay customer feedback and influence product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices guides, and knowledge base resources.
  • Participate in advanced customer collaboration initiatives.

Krav

  • Deep hands-on expertise in Synopsys PrimeTime STA tool, including advanced features, timing analysis methodologies, and real-world application.
  • Strong understanding of timing corners, process variations, signal integrity issues, and their impact on timing closure.
  • Familiarity with synthesis, physical design, extraction, and ECO methodologies.
  • Proficiency in TCL scripting for automation, tool customization, and workflow optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • BSEE or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience, or MSEE or equivalent with 3-4 years of experience in applications engineering, design, or verification roles.
