We are seeking a Staff Engineer for Applications Engineering - DFT with a strong background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and over 5 years of experience in ASIC DFT design. This role involves collaborating with customers, providing technical support, and working with R&D teams to deliver customized solutions. The position is based in Xi'an, China, and requires excellent English communication skills.

Ansvarsområden

Collaborating with customers to evaluate their methodologies and flows, providing valuable insights to our test product business unit.
Participating in customer design and flow reviews, consulting on test solutions during design planning including: Memory/SCAN testing architecture, DFT IP insertion, pattern generation, and validation flow.
Providing technical support/expertise for customers leveraging Synopsys Test Automation tools across various applications.
Working closely with solution architects and R&D teams to align with customer requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Communicating effectively in English to support and influence internal and external stakeholders.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in DFT methodologies and tools to continuously improve your skill set and contribute to innovative solutions.

Krav

BE/ME, Btech/Mtech in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on work experience in ASIC DFT design.
Strong knowledge of various DFT methodologies, industrial standards, and practices.
Experience with industry-standard DFT tools, simulators, and waveform debug tools.
Hands-on experience with DFT circuit insertion, pattern generation, and validation.
Strong understanding of chip design, DFT principles, Verilog/System Verilog, and STA.
Knowledge of DDR/LPDDR is a plus.
