Synopsys is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer for their PrimeTime tool, based in Bengaluru, India. This role involves supporting customers with static timing analysis, driving product adoption, and collaborating with R&D teams. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in PrimeTime, semiconductor design flows, and TCL scripting.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support Synopsys PrimeTime Static Timing Analysis tool across pre-sale evaluations, post-sale deployments, and ongoing customer engagements.
  • Drive product adoption by running competitive benchmarks, leading customer evaluations, and articulating technical advantages.
  • Deliver customer training sessions, technical presentations, and hands-on workshops.
  • Provide tape-out support by troubleshooting complex timing issues and ensuring successful project completion.
  • Collaborate with R&D, product marketing, and sales teams to relay customer feedback and influence product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices guides, and knowledge base resources.
  • Participate in advanced customer collaboration initiatives.

Krav

  • Deep hands-on expertise in Synopsys PrimeTime STA tool, including advanced features, timing analysis methodologies, and real-world application.
  • Strong understanding of timing corners, process variations, signal integrity issues, and their effect on timing closure.
  • Familiarity with synthesis, physical design, extraction, and ECO methodologies.
  • Proficiency in TCL scripting for automation and tool customization.
  • BSEE or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience, or MSEE or equivalent with 4 years of experience.
