Ansvarsområden
- Provide high-level technical support for Ansys Lumerical customers and channel partners using optics and photonics expertise.
- Own customer problems, engage with key accounts, and deliver solutions throughout the sales cycle.
- Conduct introductory, intermediate, and advanced training sessions and scope/deliver professional services projects.
- Gather customer requirements and market trends to inform software improvements and collaborate with product development.
- Test new software releases on real-world problems and provide feedback for product enhancement.
- Participate in internal initiatives to share knowledge, establish best practices, and develop simulation solutions and FAQs.
Krav
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Optics, Photonics, Optoelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a relevant engineering domain.
- Solid knowledge of optical and photonics theory with practical application in simulation environments.
- Familiarity with Ansys Lumerical or other commercial optical/photonics simulation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex engineering challenges.
- Proficiency in English and at least one local language.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
