I korthet

This role provides technical engineering support for the Tank Management product portfolio within the Pressure Management business unit. Responsibilities include preparing quotes, providing technical assistance to the sales channel, coordinating customer presentations, and managing workload to ensure timely and accurate results. Requires a Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field, strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and interpersonal skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Prepare quotes for inquiries or projects requiring technical knowledge and provide technical assistance regarding product applicability and installation practices.
  • Provide accurate and timely pricing and product support, including lead times, pricing, purchase order confirmation, and updates on engineering/manufacturing developments.
  • Coordinate and participate in customer sales presentations and assist in developing/presenting product training for the sales channel, employees, and customers.
  • Ensure quotes and submittals are within profit and margin guidelines and allocated timeframes.
  • Utilize sales skills to build orders with outbound and inbound customers.
  • Maintain and continue product knowledge of existing and new products and applications.
  • Function as a liaison between the sales channel and other internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Engineering).

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication of technical concepts and ideas.
  • A high level of mechanical aptitude.
  • Interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
  • Relevant engineering work or Internship/Co-op experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a customer-facing, service-related, inside sales, or technical sales role.
  • Experience organizing and presenting training seminars internally and externally.
