In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Establish offers to support Installed Base needs (KOB3) and be able to support New Fleets Projects (KOB1)
Analyze customer needs
Support Frame Agreement preparation for Key Account, including price traceability
Support cost calculation including mechanical Safety-related parts, collecting data from Engineering and Supply Chains teams
Calculate Customer Price based on Nuclear Flow Controls DOA rules
Analyze customer needs in supporting specification review to establish compliance - conformity matrix with the relevant departments
Select & Size Fisher Control Valve using FF2.0, and using Application History from former projects to minimize Qualification efforts [Optional Responsibility]
Select & Size Safety Valve for KOB1 projects using Babsy, and using Application History from former projects to minimize Qualification efforts [Optional Responsibility
Conduct contract reviews and Submit orders to the Order Entry Administration & Site Operational Teams
Check the consistency between the technical/commercial offer and the purchase order
Ensure that orders are in compliance with Nuclear Business Unit and Company rules
Transfer Quote into FF2mit orders to order administration
Be part of Nuclear Gatekeeper team, ensuring that Proposal & Orders acknowledgement are fully respecting Trade Compliance Rules, using Checkpoint & Tradesphere tools [Necessary at Minimum for One Profile]
Maintain activity reporting and Support Site Organisation
Develop Tracking tools for bids status and ensure updated raw datas
Establish and track the history of bids to ensure pricing consistency
Measure Time to Quote & Price Capture for monthly Indicators follow-up

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 2 years experience in leading Industry
- MS Office proficiency
- FF2.0 tool knowledge & Flow Controls valve sizing [Optional]
- English language knowledge
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- French or German language knowledge is a plus
- Product portfolio knowledge is a plus
