Emerson seeks an entry-level Applications and Systems Engineer in Pune for a hybrid role. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, providing pre-sales and technical support, and ensuring CRM data accuracy. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering is required.

Ansvarsområden

Work closely with internal and external customers to understand requirements and propose resolutions for application-based projects.
Submit quality offers on time in coordination with BDM's, sales teams, legal, PMO, and factory PSQ's.
Provide pre-sales and technical support to customers, business partners, and distributors.
Attend pre- and post-order technical meetings with sales, PMO, product management, and BDMs.
Ensure CRM data is updated regularly.
Review project requirements accurately and seek clarifications before submitting offers.
Ensure on-time offer submission and DOA process compliance.

Krav

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering (BE/B-Tech Graduate).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to establish priorities and multitask.
Demonstrated teamwork or ability to work in a team environment.
Detailed and assertive character.
Ability to manage complex situations under pressure.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Knowledge in Isolation valve products, Actuators and instrument components is a plus.
Knowledge of testing (destructive and non-destructive) is a plus.
Knowledge of Metallurgy, Material science, Fluid Mechanics is a plus.
