Emerson is seeking an Application Specialist in Cluj-Napoca for a 24-month hybrid role. This position involves providing technical and application expertise across measurement solutions, supporting customers and internal teams throughout the solution lifecycle, and contributing to innovation. The role requires a technical background and strong problem-solving skills to configure and implement solutions that meet customer needs.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide technical and application expertise across a diverse portfolio of measurement solutions.
  • Support customers and internal stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle.
  • Identify, develop, configure, and implement solutions that address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project, sales, service, manufacturing, quality, product management, and customer support.
  • Support commissioning, troubleshooting, startup activities, and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain technical expertise across products, applications, and industry trends.
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge-sharing to colleagues and customers.
  • Develop and deliver technical training, presentations, and workshops.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights for product improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, data integrity, and adherence to processes.
  • Support customer engagements, site visits, and technical discussions.

Krav

  • Engineering education, technical training, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting technical applications, customer solutions, technical services, application engineering, or related activities.
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and recommend practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences and continuous improvement.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with industrial instrumentation, measurement technologies, automation systems, or process industries.
  • Experience supporting technical projects, product implementation, commissioning, or troubleshooting activities.
  • Experience delivering technical training, workshops, webinars, or customer education programs.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, quality processes, product validation, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, market trends, and emerging technologies.
  • Additional language capabilities.
