The Application Engineer will provide technical support for BESS & diesel engines, including customer selection advice, troubleshooting, and product training. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience, with the ability to manage projects from prototype to production.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide technical support to customers in the selection of BESS & diesel engines.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues related to BESS & diesel engines.
  • Provide technical product training to customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate diesel engine solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements and regulations.
  • Ability to lead the group from prototype phase to serial production.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Battery Energy Storage system &/or engine design and operation.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Diploma holders with 3–5 years of relevant experience and similar knowledge will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin &/or Bahasa speaking is an added advantage.
  • Fresh Degree graduate will be considered.
