Estamos buscando un AP Specialist con excelente capacidad organizativa y un enfoque impecable al detalle. La persona ideal gestionará el flujo de caja con precisión, asegurará el registro adecuado de la información financiera y será capaz de identificar, analizar y resolver inconsistencias. Además, apoyará el seguimiento de 1099s y la elaboración del reporte anual correspondiente. Responsabilidades principales Revisar y registrar facturas de proveedores garantizando la exactitud en la facturación. Procesar informes de gastos de empleados y gestionar cualquier discrepancia. Verificar que todas las facturas y gastos correspondan a proveedores aprobados y cumplan con las políticas internas. Mantener bases de datos financieras actualizadas y confiables. Asegurar el adecuado seguimiento de documentación 1099 y preparar reportes de cierre de año.

Experiencia manejando facturación de proveedores internacionales y cargos relacionados con fletes

Perfil deseable:

Manejo de Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, facturas comerciales y guías de carga
Manejo avanzado de Excel y sistemas ERP (Esker, SAP)
Conocimiento de políticas de control interno y cumplimiento fiscal
Atención al detalle para asegurar exactitud en pagos y registros contables
