Join HCLTech in Hyderabad as a Senior Finance Analyst focusing on General Accounting within the Finance and Accounting BPO process. This role requires end-to-end understanding of ERP-based F&A BPO processes and involves managing journals, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close.

Ansvarsområden

  • Prepare and post manual ad-hoc journals.
  • Manage journal approvals.
  • Oversee shared service relationship for Finance/accounting functions.
  • Monitor shared service performance against SLAs/KPIs.
  • Prepare account reconciliations and reconcile ledgers/sub-ledgers.
  • Analyze and resolve interface variances.
  • Generate and distribute standard financial reports.
  • Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations.
  • Complete BS and income statement account variance analysis.
  • Oversee automated journal uploads and correct errors.
  • Ensure journals/accruals/allocations are booked correctly.
  • Manage the monthly period close.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Workday ERP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong technical accounting expertise.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, Excel, Word.
  • Ability to type 60 – 65 WPM.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedure, financial chart for accounts and corporate procedures.
  • Ability to perform mathematical computations quickly and accurately.
  • Good knowledge in working with F & A application platforms like SAP, Oracle, ERP is preferred.
  • GL Accounting Process – 3 – 4 years of experience.
  • BPO GL Experience is an added advantage.
  • Willing to work in Night Shifts.
