  • Follow established processes in MS Windows 2000 for ticket logging, status updates, and escalation of unresolved incidents to higher-level support teams.
  • Apply fundamental knowledge of MS Windows 2000 to resolve user access, login, and configuration issues within agreed service levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of support activities in MS Windows 2000 ticketing systems, ensuring worklogs are current and complete.
  • Participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute updates to internal knowledge bases related to MS Windows 2000 support.
  • Comply with defined quality assurance standards, including voice and accent protocols and technical monitoring requirements.

Krav

  • Basic understanding of MS Windows 2000 operating system functionalities and user environment.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop support tools and ticketing systems.
  • Fundamental knowledge of troubleshooting procedures for hardware, software, and network connectivity within MS Windows 2000.
  • Basic communication and documentation skills for updating logs and interacting with users.
  • Ability to follow established escalation and support processes.
