Nordea is seeking Analysts to join their Corporate Finance team in Oslo, Norway, starting fall 2027. This role involves advising clients on M&A and ECM transactions, requiring strong analytical and modeling skills, and fluency in Norwegian and English.

Ansvarsområden

  • Involvement in the entire deal value chain, from business origination to transaction execution
  • Company valuation and modelling
  • Financial and commercial analysis
  • Creation of marketing materials
  • Meeting with current and prospective external customers and stakeholders
  • Interaction and coordination with other internal Nordea teams

Krav

  • Possess excellent analytical and modelling skills with attentiveness to detail
  • Have ability and appetite to take responsibility at an early stage
  • Have a proactive and commercial attitude with a positive and goal oriented mind-set
  • Encompass a strong ‘can do’ attitude with high work capacity
  • Graduating with excellent credentials from a recognised university/business school in 2027
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English with excellent verbal and written communication

  • Any experience from investment banking, management consulting or adjacent advisory internships also weighs positively
