Emerson is seeking an Analyst II Trade Compliance professional in Mandaluyong, Philippines. This hybrid role involves ensuring business unit transactions comply with international trade regulations and Emerson's policies. Responsibilities include conducting monthly audits, assisting with trade holds and screening, and supporting the trade compliance program.

Ansvarsområden

  • Conduct monthly import and export transactional audits
  • Assist in releasing Trade Sphere holds and checkpoint holds in accordance with the regulations
  • Assist in the screening of parties and of transactions
  • Help drive the Business Units’ trade compliance and checkpoint policies

Krav

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any course
  • Minimum 2.5 years of experience involving International Trade Compliance, specifically TSE holds management and screening, and import/export transaction audit
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other web-based applications for International Trade Compliance
  • Understanding of business tools (e.g. TSE, Amber Road, JD Edwards, CRM, Oracle, Power BI, Sharepoint, etc.)

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in international trade compliance will be an advantage
