Own analytical inputs for network planning, modeling contact allocation, site investment, and capacity strategies.
Build and maintain frameworks for distributing customer contacts across the global CS network.
Translate complex network strategy questions into structured analysis, identifying root causes and deriving recommendations.
Independently apply AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows and improve output speed and quality.
Develop automation for repetitive tasks and implement self-service analytics platforms.
Design, implement, and support self-service analytics platforms for business teams.
Drive automation of data requirements by scaling data processes, creating dashboards, and building efficient queries.
Communicate complex analytical insights and translate network performance data into clear narratives for leadership.

Krav

3+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
2+ years of supply chain experience.
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level.
Knowledge of SQL.
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
3+ years of driving process improvements.
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
