Responsibilities
- Handle a portfolio of customers, reviewing and approving the release of orders on hold.
- Utilize credit management tools for daily credit decisioning.
- Exercise independent judgment to address internal customer requests.
- Perform regular reviews and investigations of high credit risk customers to mitigate AR exposure.
- Complete month-end reconciliation between Accounts Receivable subledger and General Ledger for Thailand Operating Units.
- Collaborate with the collections group regarding past-due balances affecting shipments.
- Complete credit reference requests and perform Financial Status Reviews.
- Understand and stay updated on business, economic, and industry risks, and financial news and trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance, or related courses.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in credit risk assessment.
- Experience in reading and analyzing customer financial statements.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Good written and oral English communication skills.
