This hybrid role involves auditing and analyzing freight invoices, resolving billing issues, and communicating with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely and effective invoice processing for North America, Asia, and the Middle East.
Ansvarsområden
- Audit and analyze freight invoices promptly, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Investigate issues on pending invoices and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Support the roll-out or implementation of new tools or processes.
- Communicate with logistics service providers, mode teams, business units, and counterparts for invoicing or audit issues.
- Provide and update the status of activities or projects to superiors and points of contact.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Transportation, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in audit, accounts payable, billing or invoicing, and/or logistics and supply chain functions.
- Proficiency in English communication skills.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Knowledge of Logistics or Transportation Operations is a plus.
- Understanding of basic concepts of supply chain is a plus.
