Could you be the full-time Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in driving strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis and reporting. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Treasury, Tax, Accounting & Consolidation, Investor Relations), contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of ensuring accurate and timely financial data analysis and reporting, but also identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring all financial data is collected, processed, and analyzed in a timely manner
Preparing actual financial results/forecasts, comparing them with budgets and plans, and conducting variance analysis
Improving and streamlining finance processes and analytical reporting systems
Analyzing key cash performance indicators (e.g., Free Cash Flow, EBIT to Cash, Operating Working Capital)
Managing forex hedging and FX exposure reporting
Collaborating with regional finance analysts and functional controllers to align strategies
Contributing to monthly business reviews and cash-related reporting activities
Identifying trends, cost-out opportunities, and potential KPI evolutions
Building strong working relationships with Treasury, Tax, and other key teams

Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent qualification (CA/CMA preferred)
8–10 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance
Experience in long-term project accounting (desirable)
Fluency in English
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial systems and tools
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Adaptability to work in a matrixed and multicultural environment
Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
