Autoliv China Baoding Airbags – CXA is hiring an AMG Supervisor. This role involves managing production reporting, visual management, personnel, and ensuring process compliance. The supervisor will also be responsible for quality analysis, implementing improvement measures, and supporting new project launches.

Ansvarsområden

  • Compile monthly DPMU and LMPU reports and implement improvement actions.
  • Manage AMC SQDCM visual management and follow up on problem solutions.
  • Handle personnel and team management, including recruitment to ensure normal production.
  • Inspect standard operations and enforce discipline on the production line.
  • Conduct layer audits according to the annual plan and monitor other engineers' audits, tracking and training on non-conformances.
  • Analyze quality issues and implement corrective actions for customer complaints.
  • Monitor APS indicators, standards, and implement 5S improvements.
  • Perform monthly performance ratings for operators and AMTs.
  • Handle production abnormalities like breakdowns and material shortages.
  • Participate in the final approval of new production lines, equipment, fixtures, and projects.
  • Organize sample building and conduct production checks and training for new project launches.
  • Support tasks assigned by the line manager.
  • Understand and comply with company quality, environmental, and safety policies, as well as customer requirements and relevant laws and regulations.
  • Understand hazards and control methods within the work scope.

Krav

  • Experience in monthly output DPMU & LMPU reporting.
  • Experience with AMC SQDCM visual management.
  • Experience in personnel and team management, including recruitment.
  • Ability to check key process standardization and employee discipline.
  • Experience with layer audits and managing non-conformances.
  • Skills in quality problem analysis and customer complaint resolution.
  • Familiarity with APS indicators and standards.
  • Proficiency in 5S implementation.
  • Experience with production abnormalities handling.
  • Involvement in approving new production lines, equipment, and projects.
  • Experience organizing sample building and training for new projects.
  • Understanding of company quality, environmental, and safety policies.
  • Understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
