I korthet

As a Travel and Events Transactions Analyst at Amazon, you will process daily billing transactions across various travel categories, perform reconciliations, and support the billing operations team. This role requires data analysis experience and involves working with global scope from India.

Ansvarsområden

  • Process daily billing transactions for air, hotel, car, rail, meetings & events.
  • Perform routine statement reconciliations and flag discrepancies.
  • Track refunds, credits, and cancelled ticket processing.
  • Validate data accuracy in TMC feeds and internal billing systems.
  • Support vendor query resolution and respond to billing inquiries.
  • Assist with supplier onboarding and entity setup tasks.
  • Maintain transaction logs and ensure timely data entry.
  • Support payment card transaction monitoring and exception flagging.
  • Follow established workflows and escalate non-standard issues.
  • Support GRC controls validation, including compliance testing and evidence documentation.

Krav

  • Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience at Amazon.
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
  • Experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable.
  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience working in a large team or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new AI tools and technologies to improve task efficiency.
