Amazon Fulfilment Technologies is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to design, build, and operate distributed software systems for their global fulfillment network and inventory systems. The role requires a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and the ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Ansvarsområden

  • Develop modern software, hardware, and processes for Amazon's global operations.
  • Build automated solutions to handle tasks within fulfillment centers.
  • Contribute to reinventing Amazon Fulfilment Inventory systems.
  • Ensure best in class selection for end customers and high standards for vendors and sellers.
  • Impact the efficiency and effectiveness of Amazon's global fulfillment network.

Krav

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling of new and existing systems).
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
