Google seeks an AI Strategist to lead the development and deployment of AI solutions within its People Operations (POps) and Corp Engineering initiatives. This role requires a mid-senior level individual to partner with business and engineering teams to design, build, and launch impactful AI-driven workflows, ensuring ethical AI principles and driving adoption through change management.

Ansvarsområden

Lead the conceptualization, design, build, and launch of AI-driven solutions focused on business value and user experience, adhering to safety, compliance, and ethical AI principles.
Partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to analyze and redesign processes into agentic workflows, leveraging emerging AI capabilities and industry trends.
Build and integrate high-quality AI solutions into client workflows using agentic harnesses and frameworks, authoring prompts and leading human evaluations.
Engage with internal and external engineering teams to define business requirements and drive the delivery of large-scale engineered solutions.
Establish success metrics, measurement frameworks, and ROI models, driving change management for scaled adoption, and presenting strategic direction to leadership.

Krav

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program management, strategy, or business operations.
Experience leading change management initiatives and managing executive stakeholders.
English proficiency is a requirement.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience in global operations with organizational structures and workflows.
Experience with no-code/low-code AI tools and a willingness to learn.
Experience in contributing to the development and deployment of technology solutions (including AI/ML), identifying opportunities and collaborating with technical teams.
Knowledge of global HR/People Operations processes or service operations transformation.
Ability to drive initiatives requiring change management and stakeholder alignment.
Ability to connect ideas, identify synergies, and foster collaboration across teams.
Passion for structuring information to facilitate decision-making and align stakeholders.
