I korthet

This is an AI Learning Solutions Intern position in Stockholm, Sweden. You will work on turning AI ideas into useful tools for learning and knowledge sharing, gaining hands-on experience in applied AI, software prototyping, user experience, and learning design. The role involves building, testing, and improving digital solutions with real users.

Ansvarsområden

Turn ideas into testable solutions by building, configuring, and testing AI agents and prototypes.
Explore lightweight integrations, data connections, and automation.
Help shape use cases, conversation flows, and interactions to make complex knowledge understandable.
Try prototypes with users, gather feedback, and improve them through experiments and pilots.
Troubleshoot, consider accessibility and learning objectives, and make trade-offs regarding usability, data access, privacy, and security.
Create simple onboarding guidance and document configurations, design decisions, test findings, and lessons learned.

Krav

Studied/studying computer science, software engineering, information systems, UX/HCI, cognitive science, learning design, service design, or a related subject at university or higher-education level.
Practical programming experience in at least one language (e.g., Python or TypeScript).
Basic knowledge of logic, data structures, and APIs.
At least one functioning digital prototype, application, automation, or comparable technical project.
Ability to explain your own contribution to coursework and personal projects.
Systematic problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently when requirements are still taking shape.
Basic understanding of usability, accessibility, and human-centred design.
Preferably understanding of learning principles (clear objectives, practice, feedback, cognitive load).
Ability to simplify complex information.
Ability to collaborate with users and experts.
Sound judgment regarding privacy, security, and responsible AI.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
Clear communication and effective collaboration with partners across different industries and academic institutions.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365 is a plus.
Experience with Git, LLMs, AI agents, retrieval, automation, digital learning design, onboarding, or immersive learning is useful.
Curiosity about how emerging technologies, such as extended reality (XR), can support learning is a plus.
