Alstom is looking for a full-time AI Governance Specialist in Bangalore, India. This role is crucial in establishing and maintaining a comprehensive governance framework for artificial intelligence (AI) within the organization, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations and standards.

Ansvarsområden

Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive governance framework for AI.
Working closely with Data Science, AI Platforms, Legal, and Compliance teams.
Facilitating demand management governance.
Driving compliance awareness through training and engagement programs.
Managing the AI Management System (AIMS) and registry.
Ensuring adherence to AI regulations and standards.
Reviewing and updating compliance frameworks in line with evolving AI legislation.
Overseeing the implementation of AIMS to govern AI projects.
Developing and maintaining documentation, policies, and procedures related to AIMS.
Cataloging AI projects in the AI registry, including risk assessments and compliance status.
Conducting regular audits of the AI registry.
Developing and delivering training programs on AI governance policies and ethical considerations.
Participating in demand management governance to evaluate and prioritize AI project requests.

Krav

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
Over all 8 to 10 years of experience in Data Science, AI, or a related field.
Experience in project management and leading AI initiatives.
Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying AI-related regulations, standards, and best practices such as GDPR, IEEE standards, or other relevant frameworks.
Strong analytical skills and ability to approach complex problems methodically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Background in audits, project management, or quality assurance related to technology implementations, particularly within the AI space.
Professional certifications in AI, audit, compliance, or data analytics (desirable).
Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation through technology (desirable).
