Electrolux Group is seeking a motivated AI Governance & Process Automation Intern in Stockholm for a 6-month full-time internship starting February 1, 2027. The role involves simplifying and automating IT governance using AI and digital workflow tools, working closely with senior transformation leaders to implement practical solutions and contribute to global initiatives. This opportunity is for active Bachelor or Master students expected to graduate in late 2027 or later.

Ansvarsområden

Identify opportunities to simplify and automate governance processes, workflows, and controls.
Support the development of the AI Demand & Investment Concierge vision.
Analyze current demand management, portfolio management, investment planning, and governance processes and recommend improvements.
Build prototypes, automations, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and ServiceNow.
Help create automated validations, process guidance, and readiness checks that reduce manual effort and improve compliance.
Support governance forums with insights, reporting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Partner with business, regional, and technology stakeholders to understand pain points and remove friction from processes.
Document processes, standards, and best practices to improve transparency and scalability.
Contribute to AI governance, demand management, workforce transformation, and operating model initiatives.

Krav

Active Bachelor's or Master's student in Engineering, Business & Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations & Supply Chain, Digital Transformation or related field.
Must remain an active student throughout the entire internship period with expected graduation date from late 2027 or later.
Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Sweden for the full duration of the internship at the time of application.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Exposure to Copilot, Power BI, Service Now, Data Analytics, Process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous improvement) is a plus.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Comfortable taking ownership and working independently.
Interested in AI, automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement.
A hands-on problem solver who enjoys turning ideas into action.
Confident communicating and collaborating with different stakeholders.
Able to navigate ambiguity and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
Analytical, collaborative, and motivated to challenge existing ways of working to drive better results.

Förmåner

Monthly compensation of 21,000 SEK for Bachelor students and 22,000 SEK for Master students.
Work directly with a small, high-impact transformation team.
