I korthet

As an AHS Specialist for Account Health Support in Hyderabad, India, you will be the primary point of contact for Amazon's third-party business partners, providing world-class support in both Italian and English. This role involves managing seller compliance through proactive outreach and follow-up via phone, requiring flexibility with rotational shifts.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as the primary interface between Amazon and third-party business partners (Sellers).
  • Provide world-class support to Sellers on the Amazon platform.
  • Predict Seller needs and provide solutions to help them better serve customers.
  • Manage the end-to-end compliance journey of assigned sellers.
  • Provide clear guidance, proactive outreach, and consistent follow-up.
  • Deliver timely and accurate operational support to Sellers.
  • Address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, and develop internal documentation.
  • Adhere to service level agreements for phone and/or email cases.

Krav

  • Speak, write, and read fluently in Italian.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience in a voice process (inbound and outbound calling).
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts and flexible off days as per business requirements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
