As an AHS Specialist at Amazon's Hyderabad Dev Center, you will be the primary contact for third-party sellers, guiding them through compliance requirements in English and Italian. This role involves managing seller relationships, handling cases, and providing inbound and outbound support via a voice process.
Ansvarsområden
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of sellers throughout their compliance journey.
- Build strong relationships through clear, accurate, and timely communication.
- Execute structured outreach plans, including proactive contacts and follow-ups.
- Educate sellers on compliance requirements and guide them through necessary documentation.
- Manage all seller interactions through a centralized mechanism.
- Accurately log all actions, communications, and documents.
- Monitor progress across all applicable legislations and ensure timely closure of cases.
- Respond promptly to inbound requests via available channels.
- Support enforced sellers through targeted regain outreach and education.
Krav
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English and Italian.
- Undergraduate Campus Language Degree from a Renowned University (2026 pass out or completed) can apply.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
