Arla seeks an Agriculture Professional in Leeds to enhance farmer engagement and ensure the effective operation of their Agriculture organisation. This role involves coordinating activities, communications, and stakeholder initiatives, supporting strategic priorities, and managing governance processes within a farmer-owned cooperative.

Ansvarsområden

Support the implementation of Agriculture programmes and strategic priorities.
Coordinate farmer engagement activities, meetings, forums, workshops, and events.
Provide operational and coordination support to the Agriculture Leadership Team.
Lead and coordinate governance and democratic processes, including elections.
Act as a central point of connection between farmers, managers, leadership, and stakeholders.
Support internal and farmer-facing communications.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and collaboration within the Agriculture organisation.

Krav

Highly organised and relationship-focused professional.
Experience coordinating projects, programmes, events, or stakeholder initiatives.
Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
Strong digital and administrative capabilities with excellent attention to detail.
A valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel within the market.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience within agriculture, rural industries, cooperative organisations, or member-based environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
