Agile Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience in finance or investment banking. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and creating BRDs. Requires strong accounting knowledge and advanced MS 365 skills, with basic understanding of Power BI/Tableau.

Ansvarsområden

Collaborate with finance stakeholders (Regulatory reporting, MI/CMA, Treasury, Tax) to understand business requirements
Document functional and non-functional requirements using industry-standard formats
Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Krav

Business Analyst experience with waterfall/agile projects
Experience in finance or investment banking
Experience in preparing Business Requirement Document (BRD), performing QA / testing
Advanced MS 365 - Microsoft excel, power point, word skills
Basic understanding of Power BI / Tableau
Good Communication

Önskade kvalifikationer

BCom / MBA with strong accounting knowledge / Financial services industry exposure
MBA, Master's in Finance/Accounting, or relevant graduate degree
Self-starter, problem solver and ability to work with minimal supervision
