As an Aftermarket Sourcing Team Leader, you will lead sourcing execution and supplier performance, ensuring on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. You will manage a team of Buyers, collaborate with internal stakeholders and OEM teams, and leverage your experience in industrial/manufacturing environments and systems like SAP, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and develop a team of Aftermarket Buyers, establishing structure, accountability, and high performance.
  • Own sourcing and fulfillment execution, ensuring supplier commitments translate into on-time delivery and material availability.
  • Drive supplier performance through competitive bidding, escalation, and proactive risk management.
  • Act as a customer-facing procurement leader, partnering with Sales and Project Management to meet urgent customer needs.
  • Collaborate with OEM (Prime) sourcing teams to align supply base priorities and improve procurement performance.

Krav

  • 7–10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams while operating in a hands-on, execution-focused role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Experience in aftermarket, customer-facing, or sales-adjacent roles, with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP), data tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau), and supplier management processes.
