Ansvarsområden

  • Coordinate the movement of spare parts orders across manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, customer centers, and sales teams.
  • Create and release purchase requisitions, manufacturing packages, and other documentation.
  • Monitor order status, identify and resolve delays, maintain backlog data, and communicate updates.
  • Manage NIS reporting, forecasts, and operational performance metrics.

Krav

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar function, or equivalent work and education experience.
  • Computer savvy with familiarity with Microsoft products, including Excel.
  • Experience working with an ERP system or the ability and willingness to quickly learn new systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
