Advocacy Operations Associate (AO Associate) needed to support Amazon Flex operations in Hyderabad. This role requires excellent communication, work plan management, and adherence to SOPs and SLAs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and experience with Microsoft Office products.

Ansvarsområden

Follow SOPs or manager's instructions and ensure tasks are quality compliant.
Contribute to project improvement ideas.
Provide timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks.
Proactively raise issues/alarms to manager or stakeholders.
Meet business metrics and goals, including SLA, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks.
Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.

Krav

Bachelor's degree
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Speak, write, and read fluently in English
