Autoliv India is seeking an Advanced Specialist / Senior Specialist in Supplier Quality with 10-13 years of automotive industry experience. The role involves managing supplier quality issues, driving corrective actions, and supporting quality systems and audits in Bangalore.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage supplier quality issues and establish containment actions.
  • Raise supplier complaints and drive corrective actions using G8D.
  • Monitor NCM status and supplier performance.
  • Drive supplier rejection cost recovery.
  • Verify supplier inspection reports and compliance.
  • Support PPAP, supplier qualification, and approvals.
  • Review and approve supplier packaging solutions.
  • Manage Quality Inspectors and Supplier QRE resources.
  • Conduct supplier audits and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead digitalization and automation initiatives in quality.
  • Drive quality improvement projects through QCF, QIT, and Kaizen.

Krav

  • BE in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
  • 10-13 years of experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • Experience in Supplier Quality, Incoming Quality, Plant Quality, or Manufacturing Quality roles.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes like Injection Molding, Stamping, Welding, Heat Treatment, Electroplating, Casting Processes.
  • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies like APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, GD&T, 7QC Tools, DOE, G8D.
  • Knowledge of quality systems such as IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 Audits.
  • Experience with CQI-9, CQI-11, CQI-12, CQI-15.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • IATF Internal Auditor certification is preferred.
