Experienced Administrator (Support & Operations) with 5+ years in Microsoft Teams and Enterprise Voice is sought for a role in Hyderabad, Telangana. Responsibilities include designing and implementing MS Teams solutions, troubleshooting, and managing A/V infrastructure.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design and implement call routes and voice plans for Teams voice.
  • Troubleshoot Teams client issues, meeting creation, and scheduling.
  • Enable users for Microsoft Teams Phone and Direct Routing.
  • Plan and design a Microsoft Teams PSTN solution.
  • Configure Phone policies, auto attendants, and call queues.
  • Design network infrastructure for optimal Microsoft Teams Phone performance.
  • Extend a Direct Routing infrastructure.
  • Monitor Microsoft Teams Phone clients and devices.
  • Troubleshoot Direct Routing connectivity.
  • Develop automation solutions using Azure Functions and PowerShell.
  • Upgrade, install, configure, design, and migrate Voice from PBX to MS-Teams.
  • Experience with MS Teams Direct routing as services (DRaS) and SIP Trunk Integrations.
  • Experience with hosting provider PSTN services and 8x8 Unified Communications.
  • Bandwidth planning, optimal conferencing traffic, capacity, QoS.
  • Experience with Skype Enterprise Voice, Mediation server placement, gateways, trunks, voice resiliency.
  • Design voice interoperability to PSTN, QoS implementation, and 3rd party telephony integration.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Voice features like Call Admission Control, Call Park, Media Bypass, and Auto attendant.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Dial Plans, Normalization Rules, routes, PSTN Usage, and Voice Policy.
  • Understanding of response groups, Call queue, Auto Attendant, Dial by Extension, workflows, and call routing methods.
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory & Domain Services, Certificate Authority.
  • Onboard devices on MTR technologies (Poly, Neat, Crestron, Logitech).
  • Administration, Support and Monitor A/V Infrastructure for Zoom & MS Teams.
  • Provide Technical support for special events, meetings, and seminars.
  • Prepare and operate audio-visual media support technologies for conference rooms.
  • Maintain and update Equipment inventory.
  • Provide a single point of contact for A/V issues.
  • Knowledge on Windows, PowerShell & PowerShell Scripting.
  • Knowledge on ITIL & Safe Agile framework like SLA management, Incident classification, and Change management.
  • Support for Videoconferencing platform, including operation, call set-up and equipment troubleshooting.
  • Webcasting and Live Event Support (>1k user).
  • MS Teams – Live Events, MS Stream Video on Demand, eCDN.
  • Room Peripheral Integration (Biamp’s, Speakers, Mixer, Controllers etc.).

Krav

  • 5+ years' experience on Microsoft Teams with Enterprise Voice is a must.
  • Experience on AudioCodes/Sonus Gateways/Downstream SBCs.
  • Solid administration and analytical skills focused on Office 365 and MS Teams.
  • Understanding of Cloud/hosting PSTN solution.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams Endpoints & Physical Phone OEMs (AudioCodes/Yealink).

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in Skype with Enterprise Voice, Mediation server placement, gateways, trunks, voice resiliency, mediation server dependencies.
  • Knowledge on Bandwidth planning, optimal conferencing traffic, capacity, QOS.
  • Knowledge on ITIL & Safe Agile framework like SLA management with detailed understanding on classification of (P1, P2, P3, P4) Incidents(tickets), Change management.
  • Webcasting and Live Event Support (>1k user).
  • MS Teams – Live Events, MS Stream Video on Demand, eCDN , Conferencing Solutions Room Peripheral Integration i.e. Biamp’s, Speakers, Mixer, Controllers etc.
