We are seeking an Administrator for Support & Operations to join our Site Reliability Operations team in Bengaluru. This role involves responding to alerts, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues related to Linux OS, networks, and applications. Must have strong Python scripting, Linux hands-on experience, and GCP CLI knowledge.
Ansvarsområden
- Quickly respond to Monitoring alerts, incident tickets, and email requests coming into Site Reliability Operations.
- Proactively monitor availability and performance of the SAP Ariba Cloud.
- Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide support for on call escalations and do root cause analysis of given issue.
- Work on value adding activities like Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts.
- Independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.
- Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases.
Krav
- Good understanding of Linux OS, configurations, command line skills.
- Good understanding of DNS, NFS, Storage, Network and Web services.
- Good understanding with basic networking concepts TCP/IP stack and OSI layers.
- Quickly able to diagnose and troubleshoot issues in the area of Linux OS & Network.
- Experience in troubleshooting Java-based web & Database application related issues.
- Knowledgeable in relational database software and concepts, specifically Oracle, MYSQL, and Postgres
- 5+years of Linux Admin, Linux based Application Support and Production Support experience.
- Python Scripting skill
- Linux Hands on
- GCP CLI knowledge
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience with supporting Cloud and SaaS applications a definite advantage
- WILLINGNESS TO WORK IN SHIFTS: 24x7 COVERAGE.
- 2+ years Cloud knowledge is preferrable.
