Project Lead

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Project Lead to drive end-to-end project delivery, manage client interactions, and lead cross-functional teams. The role requires strong ownership of timelines, quality, financials, and stakeholder communication.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of projects ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and qualityAct as primary client interface for project governance, status updates, and escalationsManage cross-functional teams (technical, functional, infra/security as applicable)Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and drive mitigation actions proactivelyConduct regular project reviews, stand-ups, and stakeholder meetingsEnsure delivery compliance, documentation, and audit readinessDrive resource planning, utilization, and onboarding/offboarding coordinationMonitor project financials (effort, cost, margins) and ensure alignment with planIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automation****Required Skills & Qualifications4–6 years of experience in IT project delivery / program executionStrong experience in client management and stakeholder communicationHands-on exposure to project management tools (Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, etc.)Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, risk management, and governance processesAbility to manage multiple projects/streams simultaneously.Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills****Preferred SkillsExperience in Healthcare / BFSI / Enterprise IT environments.Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologiesPMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications
