I korthet

Provide remote operational and break/fix support for Digital Signage environments, ensuring timely incident resolution, device management, vendor coordination, and service continuity. This role involves managing ITSM incidents, troubleshooting systems, and coordinating with onsite teams and vendors.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage ITSM incidents and service requests through to resolution.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting and BAU support for Digital Signage systems.
  • Support media players, display screens, AV devices, and associated connectivity.
  • Coordinate with onsite teams, OEMs, and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
  • Initiate and track RMA requests, hardware replacements, and re-installations.
  • Onboard and manage media players in the CleverLive Portal.
  • Configure and maintain CMS settings and validate content deployment.
  • Perform testing, validation, monitoring, reporting, and service handover activities.
  • Maintain support documentation and asset records.

Krav

  • 2–3 years of experience in Digital Signage, AV Support, or End User Support.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of Digital Signage platforms and CMS administration.
  • Experience in remote troubleshooting and incident management.
  • Vendor/OEM coordination and RMA management.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN).
  • Good communication, documentation, and customer support skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with Clevertouch Protect Media Players.
  • Experience with NEC Display Screens.
  • Familiarity with HDMI, LAN, and Power Connectivity.
  • Experience with AV Transmitter/Receiver (AVoIP) Devices.
  • Experience with CleverLive CMS Platform.
