I korthet

This role involves performing independent assessments and recommending mitigation strategies for client's Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) environments, including ITGC and GDPR. Key responsibilities include participation in regulatory audits, IT governance facilitation, and developing operational risk frameworks.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform independent assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for client's Governance Risk & compliance environments (ITGC, GDPR, German Data protection Act).
  • Participate in process and control documentation for controls implementation.
  • Participate in regulatory audits (process and IT) and management reporting.
  • Facilitate IT governance implementation.
  • Research and Development in best practices for core business processes and IT security.
  • Develop service offerings for various industry regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and implement operational and enterprise risk frameworks.
  • Liaise with Client counterparts for compliance reporting and continually enhance the risk & compliance framework.
  • Drive and participate in Risk, Compliance & Audit programs and support external/internal compliance assessments.
  • Drive/assist closure of audit non-conformities.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual IT security requirements and customer policies/procedures.
  • Ensure relevant data privacy controls are deployed and GDPR requirements are monitored.
  • Act as a point of contact for reporting and investigation of data breaches.
  • Perform assessments to ensure data privacy requirements are met.
  • Perform Delivery Center Assessment and submit reports with mitigation/management responses.

Krav

  • B.E/B.Tech degree.
  • CISA/ CISM/CISSP certification preferred.
  • ISO 27001 (Lead Auditor) preferred.
