The Activation GTM Manager for Cowork/Copilot Consumptions in ASEAN will drive adoption and revenue for Microsoft's Copilot platform across the region. This hybrid role requires a strategic leader with 7+ years of experience in GTM, sales, or product marketing, familiar with AI technologies and consumption-based models.

Ansvarsområden

Drive strategies and execution plans to accelerate Copilot consumption, customer activation, and business value realization in ASEAN.
Lead commercialization and adoption of new Copilot experiences like Cowork, Copilot Code, and Autopilot.
Partner with subsidiary leadership, field teams, and partners to identify high-value customer scenarios and increase consumption.
Develop scalable GTM motions, playbooks, and best practices for repeatable growth across ASEAN markets.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on consumption strategy, customer outcomes, and growth opportunities.
Influence product roadmap discussions with customer insights and adoption trends.
Exemplify Microsoft Values, Culture, and Leadership Principles, fostering clarity, energy, and delivering success as a boundary-less leader.

Krav

7+ years of GTM strategy, solution sales, business development, customer success, consulting, product marketing, or technology transformation work experience.
Experience driving customer adoption, consumption growth, digital transformation, or SaaS platform expansion.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, Power Platform, or enterprise AI platforms.
Understanding of consumption-based business models, usage analytics, AI economics, token-based consumption, or value realization frameworks.
Experience with agentic AI, automation platforms, intelligent applications, or developer ecosystems.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
Strong communication, analytical, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field OR equivalent experience (preferred).
8+ years of GTM strategy, solution sales, business development, customer success, consulting, product marketing, or technology transformation work experience (preferred).
