The ACM Consultant will provide accommodation solutions to employees and senior leadership, acting as the primary contact for the accommodation process. This role requires strong communication, organizational, analytical, and customer service skills, along with knowledge of disability laws and case management.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform accommodation reviews to ensure compliance and support employee requests.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on accommodations and disability laws.
  • Coordinate the accommodation process and provide end-to-end case management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize accommodation approval/denials.
  • Collaborate with leave of absence case managers.
  • Communicate accommodation decisions and disseminate Job Accommodation Records.
  • Educate employees and HR on complex return-to-work and accommodation processes.
  • Direct employees to appropriate resources.
  • Maintain a caseload of up to 120 cases.
  • Discern when to escalate complex issues.
  • Maintain system records for accurate and timely information.
  • Provide training for employees, managers, HR, and others.
  • Adhere to internal SLAs and quality standards.
  • Consult, coordinate, and partner with third-party administrators, HR, Safety, Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and other departments.
  • Participate in other activities and projects within the GMA program.
  • Maintain regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to travel as appropriate (up to 25% of the time).

Krav

  • 1+ years of human resources experience
  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • 2+ years of human resources functions experience
  • Knowledge of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems are preferred
  • Experience with Payroll Systems, HRIS
