Emerson is seeking an Accounts Payable Receivable Analyst in Xi'an, China. This full-time, on-site role involves processing payments, preparing reports, and coordinating with various departments and sites. The ideal candidate has a university degree in Korean, good English skills, and strong integrity.

Ansvarsområden

  • Ensure timely and accurate payments are processed and input into the system.
  • Liaise with employees/suppliers, relevant departments, banks and suppliers.
  • Prepare accounts payable reports as required.
  • Coordinate with sites for AP, AR jobs.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Financial document filing & management.
  • Perform other ad-hoc reports and accounting related activities.

Krav

  • University graduate with a major of Korean.
  • Good English skills both written and oral (CET 4 or above).

  • High level of integrity and ethics.
  • Self-motivated, with excellent attention to details.
  • Good command of Korean/accounting.
  • Ability to cope with job pressure and handle conflicts proactively.
  • Good team player.
  • Strong computer skills in excel.
  • Knowledge in Accounting is a plus.
