Ingka Investments is looking for a full-time Accounting and Reporting Specialist to join their Finance team in Dublin. The role requires 3+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a Big Four background, and knowledge of investment accounting, financial reporting, and tax compliance. Ansvarsområden
- Secure accounting tasks are performed for complete, accurate, and timely accounting books.
- Support the team and relevant stakeholders in fulfilling their tasks.
- Ensure reliable and timely financial reporting and tax matters for two Financial Markets Investment (FMI) corporate entities.
- Perform operational tasks such as bank and system reconciliations, intercompany reporting, forecasting, accruals, prepayments, and VAT returns.
- Develop knowledge of various systems, document procedures, and extract system guidance notes.
- Manage interaction with auditors and tax advisors for FMI entities.
- Be responsible for ESG reporting and contribute to developing the ESG approach.
- Contribute to the Finance community in Ingka Investments.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for analyzing and interpreting large datasets.
Krav
- 3+ years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Qualified accountant (ideally with a Big Four background)
- Past experience in investment accounting and related reporting requirements
- Keen interest in macroeconomics and understanding drivers of financial markets
- Ability to build strong working relationships and contribute effectively within a team environment
- Self-starter, problem solver and multi-tasker
- Ability to learn in a dynamic and changing environment
- Good judgment, high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and maturity
- Ability to prioritize and make sound, common-sense decisions
- Advanced level of Excel skills
- Comfortable with analyzing and interpreting large levels of data
