ABB is seeking a Spanish-speaking Accounts Payable Specialist for its Finance Services division in Bangalore, India. This role focuses on managing invoice processing, vendor queries, and payment activities for Spanish-speaking countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ABB policies. Requires fluency in Spanish and English, experience with SAP, and a degree in Accounting or Finance.
Ansvarsområden
- Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing.
- Perform necessary activities in accounts payable for accurate and timely reporting, executing analysis and reports, and taking appropriate action.
- Compile with and help achieve internal control over financial reporting compliance in accounts payable.
- Participate in internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation.
- Ensure all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Check invoices to verify compliance with fiscal and internal control requirements.
- Organize and coordinate tasks, projects, or programs in support of a process or internal team.
Krav
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Ability to interpret and communicate financial information in both languages.
- Experience supporting Spanish-speaking countries in a finance function.
- Experience working with SAP.
- 0 to 2 years of experience or skills in SAP, AP, P2P, journal entries.
- Degree in Mcom/MBA-finance/Bcom with proper documentation and percentage.
- Passion for Analytics skills.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Certification in Accounts Payable or Financial Accounting is a plus.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking vendors and internal teams.
- Translate financial documents and vendor communications from Spanish to English and vice versa.
- Ensure clear and professional communication across multiple regions.
