ABB is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Analyst to support Accounts Payable and Credit activities in Bangalore, India. The role involves processing AP transactions accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with regulations, and participating in internal control testing. This is an on-site, full-time position.
Ansvarsområden
- Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing.
- Perform necessary activities within the accounts payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Execute analysis and reports as assigned and take appropriate action as necessary.
- Comply with and help achieve internal control over financial reporting compliance in accounts payable.
- Participate in internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation.
- Ensure all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Check invoices to verify compliance with fiscal and internal control requirements.
- Organize and coordinate on a task, project, or program basis in support of a process or internal team.
- Uphold ABB’s core values of safety and integrity.
Krav
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
- Freshers with post-graduation or 2 - 3 years of experience with a Degree in Commerce background.
- Good communication skills.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- SAP knowledge in Accounts payable domain is an added advantage.
