We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to perform support activities within Accounts Payable and Credit, ensuring accurate and timely processing of accounting transactions while maintaining compliance. The role requires a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, and 4-5 years of experience with SAP and accounts payable.

Ansvarsområden

Process accounts payable transactions accurately.
Perform activities within accounts payable for timely reporting.
Execute analysis and reports as assigned.
Ensure compliance with internal controls over financial reporting.
Participate in internal control testing and documentation.
Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders for customer satisfaction.
Check invoices for fiscal and internal control compliance.
Organize and coordinate tasks on a project or program basis.
Adhere to ABB’s core values of safety and integrity.

Krav

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in SAP.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Accounts payable domain.
Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and multitasking ability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts.

Önskade kvalifikationer

If holding a Master's degree, 3 to 4 years of experience is acceptable.
