As an Accounting & Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing customer data within ABB's database systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. This role requires managing Order to Cash processes, including data maintenance, cash application, reconciliation, and reporting, while collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Ansvarsområden
- Update and maintain customer data records in the database, including contact details, addresses, billing information, and credit limit as per ABB policy.
- Perform regular data audits and validations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data.
- Investigate and resolve process discrepancies, reporting issues, and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support smooth business operations and achieve service objectives.
Krav
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
- 1 to 2 years of experience.
- Manage Order to Cash (O2C) processes, including Customer Master Data maintenance, cash application, account reconciliation, reporting, and accounting activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards and data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Utilize database management tools and systems to maintain, validate, and analyze business and financial data.
- Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and flexibility across shift schedules.
